Mr. Pancheng (Pan) Chen is responsible for the company’s legal strategy and operations.  Prior to joining SanegeneBio, Pan practiced at Sidley Austin LLP and Cooley LLP, two of the world’s leading international law firms, where he accumulated over a decade of experience advising life science and technology companies on complex corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.  During this period, Pan served as outside counsel to SanegeneBio from its inception, advising the company through all rounds of financings and major milestone transactions across every stage of its development.
