Ms. Meng Na has over 10 years’ experience in strategy and capital markets within the healthcare sector. She previously held key roles at I-Mab and Genorbio, leading corporate strategy, capital markets, and investor relations, where she successfully executed a number of landmark transactions spanning across IPO, spin-off, and business collaboration. Prior to that, she worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank, focusing on the Asia healthcare sector. Ms. Meng earned a Master in Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University, and is a Charted Financial Analyst.
