We are seeking a Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist, Biology to join our team. This role will focus on the development and optimization of molecular and cellular biology methods, including RNA and protein analysis, while supporting routine experimental execution and data management. This position offers the opportunity to build technical expertise within a structured laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently or under supervision, develop, optimize, and validate molecular and cellular biology methods, including RNA and protein quantification assays.
- Troubleshoot technical issues encountered during experiments.
- Complete experiments as planned; record, analyze, and archive data, and prepare reports.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Biology, or related field.
- Strong theoretical foundation in molecular biology and biochemistry.
- Hands-on experience with RNA and protein quantification methods.
- Strong ability in literature review and information analysis.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Prior experience in oligonucleotide research and development preferred.
