Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to support commercial contracting, compliance, and regulatory matters across the full lifecycle of life sciences drug development, while also assisting in corporate governance, BD transactions, and legal due diligence to enable risk-informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with preliminary review, organization, and filing of contracts (in both Chinese and English).
  2. Support basic legal research, regulatory document compilation, and due diligence work.
  3. Assist with regulatory and compliance-related matters.
  4. Complete other supporting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Currently enrolled student at a leading law school in China or abroad (LL.B / LL.M / J.D. preferred).
  2. Languages: Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, capable of reading and handling legal documents in both languages.
  3. Availability: Able to work on-site at least 3 days per week; candidates available for internships of 3 months or longer preferred.
  4. Others: Passionate about work and life; detail-oriented, responsible, and diligent; strong curiosity and enthusiasm for life sciences and frontier technologies; fast learner with a proactive mindset.
