Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to support commercial contracting, compliance, and regulatory matters across the full lifecycle of life sciences drug development, while also assisting in corporate governance, BD transactions, and legal due diligence to enable risk-informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in both Chinese and English, including but not limited to CRO/CDMO service agreements, preclinical and clinical service agreements, procurement, vendor, consulting, and other related contracts.
- Support regulatory and compliance matters (e.g., data compliance), and participate in the routine implementation and maintenance of compliance policies.
- Support investment and financing (fundraising) as well as business development (BD) transactions, and assist in legal due diligence processes.
- Conduct legal research and track regulatory developments in the industry, providing clear and practical legal advice to business teams.
Qualifications
- Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above from a leading law school in China or abroad; qualified through the PRC Bar Examination, or holding a U.S. legal license (e.g., Massachusetts / New York / California).
- Experience: 2–3 years of legal experience in a top-tier law firm (leading domestic “Red Circle” firms or international firms) or in-house legal roles at reputable companies; experience in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with English as a working language.
- Others: Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in communication and collaboration; highly curious and passionate about life sciences and frontier technologies; strong learning ability and proactive mindset.
