Analytical Scientist, CMC

We are seeking an Analytical Scientist, CMC to join our team. This role will focus on analytical method development and quality control activities to support our siRNA pipeline, working in coordination with internal teams and external partners. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to CMC activities within a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and perform analytical methods and QC activities to support the siRNA development pipeline.
  2. Participate in CMC strategy development across discovery, preclinical, and clinical programs.
  3. Coordinate with CROs, CDMOs, and external partners to meet project needs.
  4. Support quality control, release testing, and stability studies conducted internally and externally.
  5. Author and review SOPs, training materials, analytical and stability protocols/reports, and analytical sections of CMC documents.
  6. Ensure timely completion of analytical deliverables in alignment with project timelines.
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or above in Chemistry or a related field.
  2. Proficient in ChemOffice and Microsoft Office, with strong documentation skills.
  3. Ability to search, read, and understand scientific literature in English.
  4. Strong ability to analyze and summarize experimental results.
  5. Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
  6. Prior experience in a chemistry laboratory or related field preferred.
  7. Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, and LC-MS.
